EricCoordinator Testimonials, Testimonials

I’m going to document some of the beautiful sentiments I received from various parish coordinators of our “Traveling Congress.”

  1. Incarnation of the Lord Parish (my parish) – Considering that our parish is very small and has way more funerals than weddings and baptisms, we were able to successfully cover the initial 24 hours of the Traveling Congress. One faithful parishioner was what I’ve been calling our “night watchman.” He arrived at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night and stayed until after the 9:00 a.m. Sunday Mass! Although we had people coming-and-going throughout the night, he stayed to make sure people knew how things were flowing and prayed along with them. Everyone was very moved by the beauty of the Rosary Congress!
  2. St. Alexis Parish – “Rosary at St. Alexis went wonderfully so far. So many stopped by other than those who signed up. All hours were well covered and Our Lord was never left with less than two!  What a beautiful experience and all those prayer materials are just going out of the door.  It is so wonderful to see so many people devoted to spending time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. I am so glad you initiated this and praise God for the experience of doing this at St. Alexis.”
  3. St. Michael the Archangel Parish– “We had a wonderful Rosary Congress.   4 -6   adorers per hour  during the night…four ministry groups took an hour each…Fr. Harry was very impressed and very gracious and grateful to all who helped in any way…great closing hour with about 40 people… positive feedback from many parishioners…thank you for asking us to participate and your zeal and hard work…God and Mother Mary must be very pleased…Our Lady of Fatima pray for us”
  4. St. Monica Parish – “WOW!!  We have had such positive response to the Rosary Congress materials and so MANY people have come to pray!!  Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!!!! God bless you for all your hard work and perseverance to make this happen.”

Also, as mentioned above, North Catholic High School participated for a 24-hour period, too (although not as part of the “official” Traveling Congress”).  Some of the texted sentiments include:

  • “Absolutely beautiful!”
  • “Truly amazing…can’t wait to go again this morning!”
  • “I was very moved; thank you for this beautiful opportunity!”
  • “There were four of us side-by-side, all moms of teens and all friends. We prayed the Glorious Mysteries together and it was truly glorious. I need to pray with my friends more often. Thank you to everyone who made this happen!”
  • “The kids did a really nice job. I think the day is going very smoothly. The administration is very happy and impressed. This event was awesome. I’m so grateful.”
