Bernadette is a wife, mother and grandmother, and is employed as a dental hygienist.  She is the founder of Preborn Jesus Ministry, which had its inception in 2009 with the promptings of the Holy Spirit. Through the use of beautiful, sacred artwork, the mission of the pro-life apostolate unfolds:

1.  To inspire a devotion to Jesus in the Preborn aspect of His life within the womb of Mary, and

2.  To promulgate a devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, His and our Mother, under the title, Ark of The New Covenant.

The sacred artwork, central to the ministry, has been used both nationally and internationally in many pro-life settings, conferences and retreats, and was highlighted in an article in The National Catholic Register and Our Sunday Visitor.

Bernadette is a member of the Legion of Mary, and is consecrated to Jesus through Mary, according to the True Devotion to Mary taught by St. Louis de Montfort.  It is a great joy for Bernadette to spread a renewed devotion to Mary and honor Jesus and His Mother in the many talks she presents. Bernadette has appeared on EWTN’s Sunday Night Prime and is faithful to God’s call to speak whether with small groups or on speaker circuits like Legatus and Magnificat Prayer Breakfasts. She gives all glory to God, who awakened her faith on Good Friday 1991, when her watch stopped at 3:00 p.m., the Hour of Divine Mercy.  In her words, “Sadly, it was a time in my life when I was not living my Catholic faith to the fullest. That 3:00 hour of mercy was a turning point in my life.”  Then, on Divine Mercy Sunday 2009, she attended a Divine Mercy celebration in Pittsburgh. She continues, “Who said it, I do not recall, perhaps someone leading the rosary, but the following words resounded through me that day:

“There should be a greater devotion to Jesus within the womb of Mary.”

After contemplating that one statement for many days afterwards, through God’s grace, I was given the inspiration to begin Preborn Jesus Ministry.

Doctor Bryan S. Thatcher, MD, of Tampa, FL, is a retired medical doctor who travels the world speaking on the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist, the message of Divine Mercy, Our Lady and the gift of life, and his personal conversion. He and his wife, Susan, have seven children, ages thirty-seven to thirteen.

In 1996 he founded Eucharistic Apostles of the Divine Mercy (EADM), now a lay apostolate of the Congregation of Marians of the Immaculate Conception. EADM is now active in over forty-five countries worldwide, and the ministry has received three special personally signed Apostolic Blessings from the late Holy Father, Saint Pope John Paul II, for its work.  Dr. Thatcher has traveled across the United States, Canada, as well as to Central and South America, many countries in Africa, Europe, India, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, the Solomon and the Samoan Islands to speak on God’s mercy and the great gift of the Eucharist.

He has written several books on aspects of Divine Mercy, and is currently working on “The Healing of Addictions through the message of Divine Mercy.” He hosted a series, “Cenacle of The Divine Mercy,” that aired on EWTN, has done numerous radio shows across the country, and is a frequent speaker at conferences. The ministry of Eucharistic Apostles promotes the notion that Divine Mercy is more than a message or devotion, rather, it is a “Way of Life.”

As a Catholic singer-songwriter and inspirational speaker, Annie Karto hopes to stir the flame in the Catholic Church through the power of God’s great gift of music. The healing mercy of God is the heart of her music ministry, along with singing of the beautiful sacraments of the Church, and honoring the Blessed Mother Mary. “I love my Catholic faith so very much and I feel it can be felt in the songs Our Lord gives me.”

Annie belongs to a lay apostolate called The Eucharistic Apostles of the Divine Mercy, which is an outreach of the Marians of the Immaculate Conception in Stockbridge, Mass. They strive to promote Eucharistic Adoration and bring the Divine Mercy message to a hurting world.

Annie has recorded 6 CDs with some to the best musicians in N.Y. city.

She has appeared on EWTN’s Backstage program, and her ministry has taken her to Europe, New Zealand, Africa, Guatemala and Trinidad. The title song of Annie’s hit CD, “Overshadow Me” won an award from UCMVA. “You are a Priest Forever” has encouraged hundreds of priests throughout the country, and has received two apostolic blessings, one from blessed Pope John Paul II, and Pope Benedict XVI.

Given the penance 27 years ago to spread the message of Divine Mercy, Annie travels to wherever the Lord sends her, weaving her songs in and out of her testimony. She has been a featured speaker at many major conferences throughout the country, and shares from her heart, including offering the message of hope and healing to families through Divine Mercy. Annie feels the challenge for all of us is to be a bridge of God’s love to close the gap between darkness and light, sadness and joy, despair and hope in our own families, and in our world.

Annie and her husband Dave have been married 35 years and have 4 children and 9 grandchildren. They live in Treasure Island, FL.
