Introduction
The privacy of our website visitors is very important to us, and we are committed to safeguarding it. This policy explains what we will do with your personal information.
Who we are
Our website address is: http://www.rosarycongressusa.org.
Diocesan Rosary Congresses is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization, dedicated to bringing honor and glory to Our Savior and Our Lady, and healing to our world through the coordination of Diocesan Rosary Congresses throughout the United States. We are entirely staffed by volunteers who work tirelessly, together with our diocesan coordinators, to support this apostolate and usher in the reign of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
The Rosary Congress is the impetus to unleash the Divine Mercy upon us. It was the Rosary Congress that preceded the Communist government’s miraculous withdrawal of their restrictions on Pope John Paul II’s visit to Poland in 1979. The nine days that followed his arrival in his homeland, changed the world. We have that ability to unleash the power of Divine Mercy upon our country and subsequently upon the world through the Rosary Congress.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Any information you provide in a public area of the website is available to all visitors, including webcrawlers – we cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Any information you leave via contact forms is not shared with anyone. The information will be used to contact you in the event you have requested contact. If you opt in to email updates, information you provide will be used to provide updates to you.

Except as provided in this policy, we will not provide your personal information to third parties.
How long we retain your data
